Handsome Nollywood actor Michael Okon has found himself at the mercy of UK-based Stella Dimoko after he hired lawyers to take her up when she accused him of using someone’s credit card without authorization.

Mr Okon who is popular for his undying love for women (both married and singles) was last week called out for breaking the home of a married woman whom he dated and impregnated.

He allegedly abandoned the married woman and her baby even after her husband divorced her.

Since the alleged adulteress delivered his love child, the actor is yet to set his eyes on the girl or her mother.

In order to stop the damaging effect of the gossip started by Stella, Mr Okon ran to his lawyers to slam Stella with a N500million defamation lawsuit.

Okorocha to APC: Atiku’s exit not good for us

The Imo State Governor, Chief Rochas Okorocha, has confirmed that Alhaji Atiku Abubakar leaving the ruling All Progressives Congress was not a good development for the party.

Atiku who was a former Vice President of Nigeria recently defected from the ruling party to join the Peoples Democratic Party ahead of the 2019 Presidential Election.

Okorocha, who spoke with journalists after receiving an honorary doctorate degree at the Adekunle Ajasin University, Akungba Akoko, Ondo State on Saturday, however, described Abubakar as a heavyweight politician.

He said, “I have taken a holistic view of our party, it (Atiku’s exit) is not the best because no matter how anybody thinks, Atiku carries some political weight. His leaving our party is not the best.”

The Imo State Governor, however, noted that since Atiku had decided to move on politically by going to another political party, the APC would make amend and his (Atiku) place will be filled up accordingly.
